Refund policy

All Lightjoon products are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Contact hello@lightjoon.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled.

Lightjoon products are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, improper handling, exposure to water or extreme temperatures, or use of unapproved cables, circuitry, electronics, or power adapters.

If you believe your product has a covered defect, email hello@lightjoon.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Do not send a product back before receiving authorization and packing instructions. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund an eligible defective product.

For a confirmed defect covered by the limited warranty, Lightjoon will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping. Original shipping charges and shipping costs for claims outside the limited warranty are non-refundable.
